At Agua by Agua Bendita, we strive for perfection in every piece; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be returned in their original condition with all tags and hygienic liners intact to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via our returns portal to the outside of the box.
Ship the Items
Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier location or schedule a pickup according to the instructions on your return label.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
